#Neon Genesis Evangelion Original Soundtrack Vinyl Release Announced

During Anime Expo 2023, Milan Records announced a vinyl release for the Neon Genesis Evangelion original soundtrack. Pre-orders will open on June 13 at 9 PM PT through the Milan Records store and June 14 elsewhere. Milan Records, Mondo and RightStuf will each respectively have their own color variants.

The track list will feature 23 tracks composed by Shiro SAGISU and other artist.

The original 26-episode Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series aired from October 4, 1995 to March 27, 1996, with the animation production handled by Gainax and Tatsunoko Productions. A year afterwards in 1997, the Revival of Evangelion duology was released and included Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death and Rebirth and The End of Evangelion.

In 2007, series creator Hideaki Anno launched a reboot anime film series called Rebuild of Evangelion, which consisted of four total films starting in 2007. The final Evangelion film 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time was released on March 8, 2021 and screened theatrically in North America by GKIDS. Amazon Prime Video also streamed the film worldwide on its service.
