#Man fatally shot in head on Bronx street

A 58-year-old man was fatally shot this week in the Bronx, police said.

Christopher Bridges was blasted in the head and torso at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at East 165 Street and Faile Street in Longwood, according to cops.

Bridges lived two blocks away from the shooting. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS, authorities said.

No arrests were made as of early Thursday morning.

Police did not immediately provide a suspect description.
