# MAGES. appoints Makoto Asada as president and CEO
MAGES. has appointed Makoto Asada as its new president and CEO following the retirement of former president and CEO Kengo Honjo on December 31, 2024, the company announced.
Additionally, Hirotaka Kawai, Youichi Ikeda, and Kazunobu Takita have been appointed executive officers, with Ikeda and Takita working part-time, and Rintarou Mori has been appointed auditing officer.
Executive officers Michiko Koyanagi and Yoshiaki Harai have also retired alongside Honjo. And Takanori Nishikawa, who previously served as a special advisor, has disappeared from the company’s list of executives.
