“#Told Slant Announces First Album in 4 Years, Shares Songs: Listen”

Told Slant, the solo recording project of singer-songwriter Felix Walworth, has announced their first new album in four years. Point the Flashlight and Walk is out November 13 via Double Double Whammy. The announcement arrives with two new songs. Find “Family Still” and “No Backpack” in the video playlist below.

“‘Family Still’ and ‘No Backpack’ are meant to be listened to in succession,” Walworth said in a statement. “They explore the concepts of devotion and togetherness as both liberatory and self-negating, and mount these explorations from a place of sober reflection and indulgent fantasy.”

Felix Walworth’s new album follows their 2016 Told Slant album Going By.
