#Murai in Love Releases 2nd Trailer and Key Visual, Premiere Dates Revealed

A new trailer and key visual for the Murai in Love anime adaptation have been released, along with several new announcements.

Among the announced information is the show’s premiere dates. Murai in Love will first hit Disney+ on September 4 JST before starting its Japanese TV broadcast on October 6 JST.

Apart from that, Strawberry Prince member Rinu‘s new song “Henshin!” was announced as the opening song for the anime (and is previewed in the trailer), while Saori Goto, Mikoi Sasaki, and Yuki Hirose were announced as the voices of Yuka Nishifuji, Hitomi Nishifuji, and Yayoi Fukunaga, respectively.

Murai in Love adapts the KADOKAWA-published romantic comedy manga by Junta Shima, which began on Gene Line in 2018 and released its seventh and final tankoubon volume in 2022. Global Bookwalker describes the plot as:

Murai is madly in love with his teacher, Tanaka.
One day he dares to tell her that he wants to marry her, but of course, her answer was “No.”
Tanaka only loves Hitotose, a ninja boy character in her favorite otome game. But she didn’t know that Murai looks so alike to Hitotose until Murai cuts his hair and dyes it blond.
Now Tanaka must stay calm in front of her BIAS.
Murai finds out about Hitotose, but he wants her to see him as himself, not some ninja boy…
