The Farming Life in Another World anime adaptation has received a teaser visual and information about its main staff and studio. It was also revealed that it will premiere in January 2023.

As reported by Comic Natalie, Ryouichi Kuraya (Tsugumomo) is directing with Touko Machida (PuraOre! Pride of Orange) as series composer, Yoshiko Saitou (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation co-sub character designer) as character designer and chief animation director, and Johannes Nilsson (Bakugan: Evolutions co-composer) as music composer. ZERO-G is producing the anime.

Farming Life in Another World began in 2017 and will release its 13th volume on August 30, 2022. The Kadokawa-published series is written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo. The story began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2016.

A manga adaptation by Yasuyuki Tsurugi, also published by Kadokawa, began in 2017. It is serialized in Monthly Dragon Age and published under the Dragon Comics Age label.
