#Anime Adaptation of Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits Light Novels Announced

KADOKAWA has revealed that the Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits (Chichi wa Eiyuu, Haha wa Seirei, Musume no Watashi wa Tenseisha) light novel series is getting a TV anime adaptation.

The KADOKAWA Books title is written by Matsuura and illustrated by keepout. The titular reincarnated protagonist is the child of a former hero and the queen of the spirits, who decides to use her previous life’s knowledge and current spirit powers to protect her family from anyone who threatens them. The series released its first volume in 2018 and ended in 2022 with nine volumes.

Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits started as a Shousetsuka ni Narou web novel in 2016. The light novels have inspired a manga adaptation, which Manga Up! describes as:

“I became the spirit of elements when I reincarnated?!” Ellen is a young girl reincarnated from modern-day Japan as a half-spirit. Her father, Rovel, is the legendary hero who saved the kingdom, and her mother, Origin, is the primordial queen and ruler of all spirits. Furthermore, she herself has the overpowered ability to manipulate the elements.
