Super Robot Wars 30 has received a lengthy, seven-minute launch trailer, which previews the attack animations featured in the game. The trailer also includes gameplay and story footage.
Super Robot Wars 30 is the latest game in the long-running franchise and is meant to commemorate the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The game, which launched on October 28 for Nintendo Switch, PC, and PS4. is described as a “simulation RPG where robots of various animations come together to fight against a common enemy.”
The titles featured in the game include Super Electromagnetic Robot Combattler V, Mobile Suit Gundam, Code Geass Lelouch of the Re;surrection, Getter Robo Armageddon, Mazinger Z: Infinity, Magic Knight Rayearth, Knight’s & Magic, and SSSS.GRIDMAN.
Super Robot Wars 30 is also set to receive two DLC packs, which will launch in November and December respectively. Both DLCs will include new Area Missions and units.
The first DLC pack will feature mechs and characters from titles like Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack, Voltes V, and Sakura Taisen, while the second DLC pack will feature titles like Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and Ultraman. Both DLCs will also feature units from Super Robot Wars OG.
