And he’s back.

“The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” will return to its pre-pandemic form in the Ed Sullivan theater with a full audience on June 14.

“A full audience of vaccinated folks” will soon be “enjoying one of the great comedians fo our time,” NYC mayor Bill de Blasio announced Monday in a press conference. “There’s no stopping New York. There’s no stopping Stephen Colbert.”

All guests on the show will need to present proof that they’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine. The show’s staff and crew members will still be tested for the virus regularly and monitored for symptoms, while face masks will be optional for audience members.

The Ed Sullivan Theater has a capacity for more than 400 — making it the largest live audience of all the late night shows.

In his briefing, de Blasio added that “so many others are going to be coming back soon.”

Since March of 2020, Colbert, 57, has taped the show remotely from his New Jersey home, ultimately creating a whopping 205 episodes this way.

During this time, he coined it “A Late Show” rather than “The Late Show.” In August, the show returned to his home theater — but on a smaller set with a limited audience.

Colbert follows in the footsteps of other shows that have returned after operating remotely, such as “SNL” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

This comes on the heels of the CDC announcement on May 13 that people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can ditch their masks in most circumstances.

“Over the last 437 days, my staff and crew (and family!) have amazed me with their professionalism and creativity as we made shows for an audience we couldn’t see or hear,” Colbert told the Hollywood Reporter. “I look forward to once again doing shows for an audience I can smell and touch.”

“The Late Show” did not respond when the Post reached out for comment.

“The Late Show” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on CBS.
