Staged is headed to Hulu after being a hit in the UK on BBC One. The series, which stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant, was viewed 20 million times overseas. The comedy was created by Simon Evans and Phin Glynn.
Deadline revealed that the series follows “the cast of a furloughed West End theatre production during the coronavirus pandemic.”
Georgia Tennant, Anna Lundberg and Lucy Eaton also star in this comedy. A premiere date for Staged on Hulu has not yet been set.
