#Sound! Euphonium Room at Kyoto Tower Hotel

The Kyoto Tower Hotel will offer a collaboration room featuring Kyoto Animation’s popular Sound! Euphonium anime series from August 1. This is the first anime collaboration to occur at the Kyoto Tower Hotel, which is located in front of Kyoto Station.

The room will feature newly drawn character illustrations along with selected scenes from the first and second seasons of the anime, as well as handwritten messages from the previous presidents of the Kitauji High Concert Band Club. There will also be a reproduction of the Kansai Competition trophy from the first season.

In addition, guests will be able to rent the blu-ray version of Sound! Euphonium‘s TV series and movies, as well as a projector, headphones, and a blu-ray player. The first 300 guests will be able to receive a clear file featuring the key visual for the event as well.

The cost of the room will start at 12,000 yen (US$109.24) per night. An extra bed will cost 5,000 yen (US$45.52). If you are traveling with a baby you can rent a baby cot for 3,000 yen (US$27.31) per night. Availability will be on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Meanwhile, the Kyoto Tower Observation Deck will feature a new lineup of limited goods from early September as another part of the collaboration.

Kyoto Animation’s Sound! Euphonium takes place in Uji City in Kyoto and the Sound! Euphonium x Kyoto Tower Hotel’s key visual includes the 131 meters tall Kyoto Tower, which is seen frequently in the anime, in the illustration.
