Sony revealed a new pair of wireless headphones and earbuds this week that takes its best headphones and makes them more affordable. Of course, we’re talking about the extremely popular WH-1000XM4 and WF-1000XM4.

The company’s new Sony WH-XB910N headphones and Sony WF-C500 earbuds offer almost everything the flagship models mentioned above have, not to mention a similar overall design, yet they’re far more affordable. Despite costing over $100 less, the new options from Sony still offer Active Noise Canceling (ANC), are completely wireless, and feature Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. Plus, you still get access to Alexa or Google Assistant.

With the new Sony WH-XB910N, active noise cancellation only uses two microphones, compared to five in the high-end WH-1000XM4 that everyone seems to love. Still, the fact that they look nearly identical, yet still have ANC means this is a pretty good deal. Sony didn’t cut out too many software features, either, so these have the “Quick Attention” feature where wearers can quickly cup one ear with their hand to activate the ambient sound boosting feature.

The XB910N offers 30 hours of battery life, fast charging with USB-C, a nice case, and features the same fold-away design as more expensive headphones.

These new over-the-ear ANC headphones are just $250 and come out October 10th. Grab yours from the link below.

Then, Sony unleashed a new set of truly wireless earbuds with the same goal. And that goal is to offer a more affordable version of its flagship WF-1000XM4 earbuds for those on a budget. Those buds are the new Sony WF-C500, which looks like a smaller version of the WF-1000XM4 wireless earbuds released earlier this year.

Unfortunately, these don’t offer active noise cancelation, but that’s ok because they only cost $99, making them some of Sony’s cheapest in-ear headphones. In addition, these tiny buds still offer Sony’s excellent sound quality, are small, portable, and come with a case that doubles as a charger.

The smaller WF-C500 earbuds get 10 hours of battery on a single charge and another 10 hours from the built-in battery inside the case. They aren’t the best true wireless earbuds around, but for $99 it’s a decent option from Sony.

Sony didn’t give an exact release date for its new budget earbuds, except that they’ll be available sometime in October. When it arrives, grab some from the link below.
