When you think of nice TV brands, LG, Samsung, Sony, and Vizio probably come to mind. You shouldn’t sleep on the lesser-known brands, though.
In case you haven’t heard, Walmart is running early Black Friday events, with the first one taking place on Nov. 4. This sale features an awesome deal on a 65-inch 4K smart TV. It’s from a brand called Onn., which is only sold at Walmart, but the pricing is seriously awesome.

The 65-inch Onn. 4K Roku smart TV (model 100021261) is listed for just $228, which is one of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen on a screen this size — and $50 cheaper than the lowest price last year, according to BestBlackFriday.com. It doesn’t appear that this is a discount, but comparatively, a different 65-inch model from Onn. is listed at $398, so you can snag the Black Friday special for $170 cheaper. Just a head’s up: The TV deal begins at 7 p.m. ET Nov. 4.
We’ll be honest, you probably won’t get the same quality as you would for a $1,000 Samsung TV, but it’s pretty impressive in its own right. For starters, the TV is virtually bezel-less, giving you tons of screen with minimal distractions. It also has 4K resolution and HDR and a decently fast refresh rate. And it’s a Roku TV with integrated apps and streaming channels.
If a fancy TV from a bigger brand is out of your budget, this 65-inch 4K TV for $228 is a steal.
