#Shachiku-san wa Youjo Yuurei ni Iyasaretai Reveals Additional Cast Members

New cast members were revealed for the upcoming supernatural comedy anime Shachiku-san wa Youjo Yuurei ni Iyasaretai. It is scheduled for release this coming April with Project No.9 handling animation production. 

Kana Asumi will voice Ryouko, Ikumi Hasegawa will play Shino, and Marina Inoue will voice Kaori. They’ll join Hisako Kanemoto as Fushihara-san, Rina Hidaka as Yuurei-chan, Konomi Kohara as Myako, Maaya Uchida as Kurahashi-san, and Kaori Ishihara as Lily.

An anime adaptation of Imari Arita’s manga of the same name was announced last June. A PV trailer and new key visual promoting the series was subsequently released later in November. 

Kuu Nanbara is directing the anime while Deko Akao (The Case Study of Vanitas) will be writing the series scripts. Haruka Tanaka (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) will provide character designs, while Satoshi Houno (Lapis Re:Lights) and Ryuunosuke Kasai (Love After World Domination) compose the musical score.

Shachiku-san wa Youjo Yuurei ni Iyasaretai follows the overworked corporate slave Fushihara-san and a mysterious ghost who suddenly appears before her to lend a helping hand. The mysterious ghost tells her to stop working for her own health, but Fushihara refuses because of the ghost’s cuteness. The supernatural comedy focuses on the heartwarming relationship between the two as they meet some new friends along the way.
