Recommended PvE Moveset

  • Most gamers would probably use a combo of Vine Whip and Grass Knot to maximize pace and damage results.
  • Iron Tail and Grass Knot for defensive purposes Leaf Tornado is a good pivot, but when contrasted to Grass Knot in the Charge Move slot, you lose damage output.

Recommended PvP Moveset

  • When you switch to PvP mode, nothing changes; the preferred moveset remains Vine Whip and Grass Knot.
  • Having Aerial Ace as a secondary Charge Move gives Serperior alternatives against other Grass-types and prevents it from being a heavy load.

Final Thoughts

Serperior isn’t the terrible Pokémon but it doesn’t help that it’s a solid Grass-type with defensive stats. Without even considering dual typings, it has inadequate overall stats, small moveset, and is outshined by other Grass-types.

Serperior can be used on your squad in the Great League if you don’t have any other choices. Nevertheless, once you enter the Ultra and Master Leagues’ Steel and Dragon-infested lands, you should certainly focus on stronger selections.
