“#Sci-fi Horror Anime Exception and Kotaro Lives Alone Comedy Coming To Netflix in 2022”
Comedy anime Kotaro Lives Alone and sci-fi horror anime Exception are coming to Netflix in 2022.
Exception was unveiled back in June, during which it was revealed that it will feature a story by novelist Hirotaka Adachi (or Otsuichi) and character designs from Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy).
Meanwhile, Kotaro Lives Alone is based on the manga by Mami Tsumura, which began in 2015 and has eight tankoubon volumes as of September 2021. Rie Kugimiya is voicing the titular Kotarou Satou, while Toshiki Masuda is voicing Shin Karino. The anime will premiere in Spring 2022.
Both announcements were made during the Netflix Festival Japan 2021 event.
