#Jennifer Lopez getting close with Lenny Kravitz as Alex Rodriguez split broke

Jennifer Lopez seems to have a new friend in paradise, and just in time as the superstar seeks to heal from her shocking break-up with Alex Rodriguez.

Rock star Lenny Kravitz, 56, who joined the cast of J. Lo’s upcoming film “Shotgun Wedding” last month, seems to have made quite an impression on his co-star.

Not long after Kravitz, the father of actress Zoë Kravitz, showed up on the Dominican Republic set, Lopez gifted daughter Emme with guitar lessons from the handsome musician-actor (as seen on her IG). Lopez also shot a seductive video of herself on the balcony of her DR hotel suite to the tune of Kravitz’s chart-topping hit “Fly Away.”

Kravitz’s last IG post shows him lounging in a DR suite, reading a script and saying, “Up in this script. #ShotgunWedding.”

Lopez, 51, is currently filming the movie while Rodriguez, 45, is in Miami. This is the first time since the pandemic started last March that the pair have lived apart, and Lopez said recently they tried “therapy” to help their relationship during their quarantine together in Miami.

Page Six exclusively revealed on Friday that the A-list couple called off their engagement. The couple began dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019.

Lopez’s last post on her social media showed a montage of her laughing uproariously. In stark contrast, her 13-year-old daughter, Emme, who was pictured on Lopez’s Instagram Story Friday night sobbing. Lopez video-called the girl, who was sitting on a bed being comforted by her dad, Lopez’s ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Kravitz is a heartthrob in his own right — as well as a highly regarded singer-songwriter, record producer and actor. He’s also known for posing shirtless at his luxe hippie lair in the Bahamas.

“He’s a much nicer guy than A-Rod, but he’s a player, too,” someone who knows him told The Post. “Jennifer always says she hates being alone but she should be careful.”

Kravitz dated supermodels like Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima, musicians like Vanessa Paradis, actresses like Nicole Kidman and was married to actress Lisa Bonet, who he divorced in 1993 after seven years of marriage.

Meanwhile, the alleged other woman in the J-Rod break-up this week, “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy, has been keeping a low profile. She had admitted early last month FaceTiming with Rodriguez, and has been mentioned as a possible reason for Lopez to ditch A-Rod.

A friend of LeCroy’s in South Carolina told The Post Saturday that she was known as a “great hairstylist” but also always made it clear she had ambitions past Charleston. The source claimed that in June 2020, A-Rod flew LeCroy to New York on a private jet and made her sign a non-disclosure agreement.

“She made it very, very clear that she wants a high-profile life and the finer things,” the insider told The Post. “She was very good at what she did, but there was always drama with her clients, drama all the time.”

LeCroy told a source at The Sun that she was “furious” that A-Rod “never owned up to his part in their relationship” before he broke up with Lopez.

The Sun reported that LeCroy was “blindsided” by the big breakup. She said she “knew Alex was having problems with Jennifer” since word of their communication went public, but “never thought they would actually break up.”

Rodriguez, known for dating everyone from Madonna to Cameron Diaz, has a history of infidelity.

Zoe Gregory, a British Playboy model, told The Sun in 2019 that before Rodriguez asked Lopez to marry him, he was sending her inappropriate text messages. “J.Lo is amazing and she doesn’t deserve this,” Gregory said. “While getting ready to marry her, he was asking me for sex videos, demanding we hook up and asking me to make arrangements with other girls,” she said.

Lopez and Rodriguez may have put their breakup on hold given the enormity of their financial entanglements. A source exclusively told Page Six Friday that an army of lawyers and business managers have been poring over the details of J-Rod’s joint business ventures and property portfolio in the past week.

“There have been frantic meetings at A.Rod Corp in the past few days about how to divide their assets,” the source said. “Jennifer and Alex were in business together on many business projects and real estate deals.”

“They were not yet married, so it is less complicated, and they both have a lot of wealth, and equally put in their own money into numerous ventures.”

These projects include their deal with self-care company Hims & Hers, which saw them become investors in the company, as well as their partnership with Fitplan, collaborating with the app to offer fitness coaching.

And there’s a host of real estate in New York and Miami, including a $33 million mansion on Star Island in Miami which they purchased together in August 2020.

But a separate source says, “Everyone who works on the business side for the couple is mostly saying, ‘Thank god they didn’t buy the Mets.’”

“Even though the deal would have seen Alex and Jennifer putting in their own separate investments, it would have been a huge mess to get out of it.”

The couple lost out in their bid for the Mets to hedge fund billionaire Steve Cohen.

J-Rod put out a vague statement Saturday saying, “All the reports are inaccurate. We are working through some things.” It did not specifically address whether they’re still engaged.

A-Rod was also photographed in Miami Saturday while speaking on the phone with someone he referred to as “babe.” He claimed he wasn’t a free agent on the single single scene yet.

If the couple remains busted up, industry insiders say it will be Rodriguez who takes the hit, not Lopez.

Lopez helped A-Rod resuscitate a public image that took a battering during his 22-year career as an MLB player, where he won three MVP awards, made 14 All-Star games and helped lead the Yankees to a World Series win in 2009. That same year, he came clean about taking banned substances between ’01 and ’03 while with the Texas Rangers. 

Then, while playing for the Yankees at the time under the most lucrative contract in baseball, Rodriguez was accused of receiving HGH from Anthony Bosch’s Biogenesis of America, the infamous anti-aging clinic in Florida. In 2017, he admitted he had been a “jackass” for ruining his career and legacy over PEDs.
