Roku’s free Live TV Channel Guide just got even bigger as it recently added 17 additional channels you can stream for free. This comes right after Roku added roughly 25 free channels back in May. So, if you’re looking for a great way to stream live TV for free, it’s worth a try.

The company actually has a slew of free streaming channels available, and The Verge has confirmed that Roku just added 17 new ones, bringing the total to over 200 free channels. Now, users get more free content to watch than ever before.

17 Free Channels Added to Roku

Back in the summer of 2020, Roku only had about 100 channels available to stream for free. Now, that number is over 200, which is a huge increase as it’s more than doubled in roughly a year. In addition, Roku added exciting content in several different genres to ensure there’s something for everyone.

Here’s a list of the new 17 free channels coming to Roku’s TV hub:

  • Baywatch
  • CBC
  • El Rey
  • Estrella Games
  • FilmRise Kids
  • FilmRise Horror
  • FilmRise True Crime
  • IGN
  • Mega Noticias
  • RCN Más
  • Real Madrid TV
  • So…Real
  • The Only Way Is Essex
  • Tribeca Channel
  • The Wiggles powered by Loop Media, Inc.
  • Vivaldi

As you can see, it added weather, gaming, horror, children’s content, and even some sports with Real Madrid TV. Roku is now home to over 200 free live TV streaming channels, Quibi originals, and much more.

Users can stream all 200+ channels on Roku devices and TVs. The Roku Channel is also available on iOS or Android devices, the web, Amazon Fire TV, and select Samsung TVs.
