17 days after the CD release in Japan, voice actress Riho Iida, best known as Rin Hoshizora in the Love Live! franchise, posted a four-minute full music video for her fifth solo single song “One Wish” on YouTube.

In an interview with Seiyu Grand Prix posted on February 9, she said, “It’s become a simple but cool and glittering music video. I went through a lot of trial and error to see how I could move to look the coolest and most beautiful. In the end, the knee-high boots in the costume gave me the image of a female knight or Jeanne d’Arc, and I thought that if I could move in that image, both men and women would think it was cool, and it would make them impressed when they saw it.”

The single was released in Japan on February 10, 2021, then ranked 49th in Oricon’s weekly single charts. It had been two years and four months since her previous fifth single “Itsuka Sekai ga Kawaru made” was released in November 2018. The powerful tune has been used as the second ED theme for the TV anime KING’s RAID: Successors of the Will, in which she has also voiced one of its main characters, Elise.
