LUPIN ZERO

The currently airing prequel anime LUPIN ZERO, which follows the gentleman thief in school as he gets to know his pal Jigen, has looked to the first Lupin the Third anime series for inspiration for its opening theme, even going insofar to use the song “AFRO”LUPIN’68” and paying homage to the artistic styles of the original opening.

TMS Entertainment released the creditless versions of it and the ending theme on the anime studio’s YouTube channel today.
