Following the digital release on June 1, the official YouTube channel for popular anisong singer LiSA has started streaming her latest fifth digital single song “Shifuku no Toki.”

The song’s title, originally written in katakana “シフクノトキ,” has a double meaning – “The Time of Bliss” and “The Time of Plain Clothes.” It is a message song that accompanies each listener in his or her daily life. The various moments of happiness is regarded as “A Blissful Time,” while the moments of returning to oneself as “The Time of Plain Clothes.”

The music video depicts moments of bliss for LiSA as she returns to her private life, expressing her joy with an imaginary fairy cheering her on. And she performed with her own dog, Koromo, for the first time. She says, “Bliss is not something flashy or special, but something that can be felt only in the midst of defenselessness where the mind is in plain clothes – something like that. I am a person who can and cannot do my best in my daily life, which has both chewiness and softness, but I can love and savor all of it. Thank you as always.”
