The Easygoing Territory Defense by the Optimistic Lord: Production Magic Turns a Nameless Village into the Strongest Fortified City light novel series from Sou Akaike is getting a TV anime adaptation.
Commemorative illustrations from the books’ illustrator Kururi and the manga’s artist Maro Aoiro were released with the news.
The light novels are published under the Overlap Novels label. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the premise as:
Van, fourth son of a marquis, is just a toddler when he realizes he’s been reincarnated. Thanks to his literal lifetime of knowledge, he’s raised as a child prodigy—until his production magic manifests, and it’s the last thing his snooty mage family wants to see! The story started as a Shousetsuka ni Narou web novel in 2020. There is a manga adaptation.
