#Phantom Parade Mobile Game Released

“Phantom Parade Mobile Game Released”

The opening animation for the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade mobile RPG game has been released on YouTube. The Sumzap-developed game is set to launch for iOS and Android sometime this year in Japan.

The opening features the song “Avant” by Eve. The staff includes Takuji Miyamoto (Jujutsu Kaisen key animator) as director and storyboarder, Shimizu Takako (Chainsaw Man PV animation director) as chief animation director, Eiko Matsushima (Jujutsu Kaisen “Juju Sanpo” shorts) as color designer, Kim Jeong-Ryeon (Jujutsu Kaisen) as art director, and Teppei Itou (Jujutsu Kaisen, Jujutsu Kaisen 0) as photography director. MAPPA is the animation production company.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will tackle the events covered in the Jujutsu Kaisen anime and will also let players experience the viewpoints of various characters. The main Jujutsu Kaisen cast as well as various supporting names like Nanami Kento, Yaga Masamichi, Ultimate Mechamaru, and Ieiri Shoko will be playable, while several others like Ryomen Sukuna, Geto Suguru, Mei Mei, and Hanami will only be present as non-playable story characters. Players will be able to take a team of four characters into battle.

The game will also feature several new characters, who all hail from the Fukuoka branch of Jujutsu High. They include Rindo Saki (Rina Satou), Yuki Kaito (Koutaro Nishiyama), and their principal Nagino Kensuke (Rikiya Koyama), with the first two being part of the game’s playable cast.

A trailer for the game was released in December 2021. Preregistration for Android devices began on the same date.
