#Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki OVAs To Release With Blu-Ray Discs

Romantic comedy anime Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki will receive two OVA episodes, which will be bundled with two of its Blu-ray releases. 

The first OVA, Ending ato no Heroine no Ishou wa Fudan to Chotto Chigattari suru (The Post-ending Heroine’s Outfit is A Little Different Than Usual), will release with the third BD volume on May 7. Meanwhile, the second OVA, Hen na Jumon no Namae wa Daitai Shirarezaru Yurai ga Aru (The Names of Strange Spells Usually Have Unknown Origins) will release with the fourth BD volume on June 2.

Based on the light novel series written by Yuki Yaku and illustrated by Fly, the Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki anime series was first announced in October 2019 and aired from January to March 2021. The staff includes Shinsuke Yanagi (The Ryou’s Work is Never Done!) as director, Akane Yano (And You Thought There Is Never a Girl Online?) as character designer, and Fumihiko Shimo (CLANNAD, Kanon) as series composer, and Hiromi Mizutani (Sunday Without God) as music composer. project No.9 is in charge of animation production. 

The cast includes Gen Satou as Fumiya Tomozaki, Hisako Kanemoto as Aoi Hinami, Ikumi Hasegawa as Minami Nanami, Ai Kayano as Fuuka Kikuchi, Ryouko Maekawa as Hanabi Natsubayashi, Nene Hieda as Yuzu Izumi, and Nobunaga Shimazaki as Takahiro Mizusawa.

Expert gamer Tomozaki Fumiya doesn’t exactly fit in, but he wishes he did. With no written rules for success and gameplay that doesn’t work in his favor, the real world seems impossible for someone like him.
