#Our first major shake-up is here

The defending Super Bowl champions will not go wire-to-wire in the Post’s weekly NFL Power Rankings.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ surprising home loss to the Raiders on Sunday caused our first major shake-up at the top of the list, with Russell Wilson and the 5-0 Seattle Seahawks grabbing the No. 1 position.

We are down to four unbeaten teams across the league after Tennessee came back from all of its COVID-19 issues to knock off previously perfect Buffalo in the NFL’s first Tuesday night game since 2010.

The Cleveland Browns also have vaulted into the Top 10 with their fourth straight win.

1. Seattle Seahawks, 5-0 (Last week: 2)

Russell Wilson’s last-second TD pass to DK Metcalf on Sunday night against Minnesota propelled Seattle to its first 5-0 start in team history. Wilson’s MVP-caliber play (19 TDs, 3 INTs) has compensated for Pete Carroll’s shaky defense, which has surrendered an NFL-high 2,356 yards, the NFL’s most through five games since the 1950 Baltimore Colts. 2. Green Bay Packers, 4-0 (4)

The bye came at an important time for an unbeaten squad that has persevered through injuries to Davante Adams, Allen Lazard, Mercedes Lewis and several others. Only Dallas has put up more yards per game than Aaron Rodgers and the Pack (445.5 per game). Next: Sunday at Tampa Bay

3. Kansas City Chiefs, 4-1 (1)

Patrick Mahomes was pressured all day and couldn’t pull off yet another comeback Sunday against Las Vegas. The defending champs had won six straight games with him at quarterback when they’d fallen behind by at least 10 points. Including their postseason run to the Super Bowl LIV title, this was the Chiefs’ first loss (13-0) since Nov. 10 of last season. Next: Monday at Buffalo

4. Baltimore Ravens, 4-1 (5)

Reigning league MVP Lamar Jackson is averaging just 178.8 passing yards per game, leaving the Ravens ahead of only the Jets in that category. Their Week 1 win over rising Cleveland looks better with the Browns surging up the rankings, setting up an interesting three-team race in the AFC North. Next: Sunday at Philadelphia

5. Pittsburgh Steelers, 4-0 (6)

Big Ben Roethlisberger has uncovered a new lead target in rookie wide receiver Chase Claypool, who hauled in three TD receptions and ran one in for another score Sunday against Philadelphia. This week’s suddenly important AFC North clash with the Browns has far more meaning than simply the first game against Myles Garrett since his helmet swing last season at fill-in QB Mason Rudolph. 6. Tennessee Titans, 4-0 (7)

The Titans certainly didn’t look like a team that had practiced just twice in the previous 16 days with more than 20 players and staffers testing positive for COVID-19. They dominated the previously unbeaten Bills on Tuesday night, with Ryan Tannehill throwing for three touchdowns and running for another in a 42-16 rout for Tennessee’s first 4-0 start since 2008. 7. Los Angeles Rams, 4-1 (8)

The Rams already have posted wins against every team in the NFC Least, including Sunday’s spoilage of Alex Smith’s comeback from his gruesome 2018 leg injury. Aaron Donald registered four of their eight sacks against The Washington Football Team, and he’s already got 7.5 through five games. Next: Sunday night at San Francisco

8. Buffalo Bills, 4-1 (3)

The Bills were poised to rise even higher in these prestigious rankings after the Chiefs lost on Sunday, but Josh Allen was picked off twice by Malcom Butler and Buffalo coughed up 42 points to the Titans for its first loss of the season. Next: Monday vs. Kansas City

9. Cleveland Browns, 4-1 (14)

The franchise that went 0-16 in 2017 has won four of its first five games for the first time since 1994, when Bill Belichick still was Cleveland’s head coach. Garrett has been a dominant force since returning from his 2019 helmet-swinging suspension, leading the AFC with six sacks through five games. Next: Sunday at Pittsburgh

10. New Orleans Saints, 3-2 (12)

Drew Brees pulled out Monday’s win over the Chargers without record-setting receiver Michael Thomas, who was suspended for a fight at practice last week after missing the previous three games with an ankle injury. The Saints have won two in a row after losing their previous two for a three-way tie at 3-2 in the NFC South with Tampa Bay and Carolina. Next: Bye

The Jets are one of only five teams since 1990 to lose each of their first five games by at least two scores, allowing at least 27 points in every defeat.
