Otoboke Beaver are among the hardest-working bands out there. Since the release of their most recent album, Super Champon, in May 2022, they been on the road almost constantly, and their live energy is still the stuff of legend. They’re currently traversing Australia, and they’ll finish out the month with two New Zealand shows before heading home to Japan for three November performances, then to South Korea, then Indonesia, then Taiwan, then Hong Kong and Thailand in December. They’re two-and-a-half-month break after that will be their longest in almost two years.

Today (October 17), the band announced their plans for a North American tour for next year. Starting February 20 in Seattle and finishing in Orlando March 30 with support from Drinking Boys and Girls Choir, they’ll take only nine days off scattered in between. See the full run of dates below.

Otoboke Beaver have released only one new track since Super Champon dropped 17 months ago (likely due to their breakneck touring schedule). “Chu Chu Song” dropped in September 2022 via Damnably. Read our Q&A with the group’s frontwoman, Accorinrin, about the surreal, silly Super Champon cut “Yakitori.”
