Toronto singer-songwriter LOONY shared her latest single “Royal Flush” alongside Mick Jenkins on Friday, a jazzy, R&B cut about not being ready to make the next move.
“You know that period of time when you’re feeling someone, and you’re pretty sure they’re feeling you too,” LOONY explains about the track. “It’s like, I feel like we both have a winning hand here and if we play it, the world could be ours, but we’re both not ready yet.” Most recently, Mick Jenkins shared the KAYTRANADA-produced “Designer Frames,” and hinted at the release of a new project.
