Onimusha: Warlords remaster ‘Hell’ mode update launches April 23

Capcom will release a free update for the 2018-released Onimusha: Warlords remaster that adds the new “Hell” mode included in the upcoming Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny remaster.
The update will also add the new languages Korean, Polish, Latin American Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic, as well as minor functional updates.
Here are the details, via the game’s official website:
Added New “Hell” Mode
You can now select the “Hell” difficulty from the Title Screen. This is an extremely difficult mode where any enemy attack, no matter how light or heavy, will instantly kill you. However, you will still be able to revive on the spot if you have a Talisman in your possession.
Note: You can earn the “Hell” Honor by completing this mode.
Added New Languages
The following languages are now available as display languages:
- Korean
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Russian
- Polish
- Arabic
- Latin American Spanish
Note: There are no additional voiced languages.
The Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny remaster is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on May 23.
