Luffy and the Straw Hat Gang are finally returning to the cinema screen in Germany with “One Piece: Red”.

As Crunchyroll announced today, the publisher is still bringing in October 2022 the long-awaited movie «One Piece: Red» from Toei Animation in the cinemas of Germany and Austria. A regular theatrical release is planned both in the Japanese original language with subtitles and in the German dubbed version. A release in Switzerland is planned by Pathé Films in French-speaking western Switzerland from August 10, 2022, but it should be in German-speaking Switzerland start parallel to German cinemas.

The brand new “one-piece” strip will celebrate its world premiere in Japan at the end of July and will be shown regularly in cinemas there from August 6, 2022. Crunchyroll will do the same in Germany. After a German premiere, the film will start regularly in the cinemas.
