One Piece Film: Red has been filling out its soundtrack with bangin’ tune after bangin’ tune, but now the upcoming anime film has shown off a snippet of its emotional side in the latest music video teaser for Ado’s (as Uta) superstar collab with Yuta Orisaka, who wrote and composed the song “Sekai no Tsuzuki” (“The World’s Continuation”).

Sutore Shigatsuro (sto1e), who previously worked with ZUTOMAYO and Ryokuoushoku Shakai, did the video’s stunning animation.

The previously reported schedule of Uta collab song releases has since been updated to correct the remaining arrangement of artist names, which is now as follows:

• August 3 (teaser) – “Kaze no Yukue” by Motohiro Hata (Naruto: Shippuden OP7)
• August 6 (MV) – “Fleeting Lullaby” by FAKE TYPE
• August 10 (MV) – “The World’s Continuation”  by Yuta Orisaka
• August 17 (MV) – “Tot Musica” by Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan soundtrack)
• August 24 (MV) – “Kaze no Yukue” by Motohiro Hata

Directed by Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass, BACK ARROW) and written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa (One Piece Film: Gold) at Toei Animation, One Piece Film: Red is currently scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on August 6, 2022.

Crunchyroll, who’ll be releasing the film internationally across the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand sometime this fall, describes the seafaring musical adventure as such:

Uta —the most beloved singer in the world. Renowned for concealing her own identity when performing, her voice has come to be described as “otherworldly.” Now, for the first time ever, Uta will reveal herself to the world at a live concert. As the venue fills with all kinds of Uta fans—excited pirates, the Navy watching closely, and the Straw Hats led by Luffy who simply came to enjoy her sonorous performance—the voice that the whole world has been waiting for is about to resound. The story begins with the shocking fact that she is Shanks’ daughter.
