#Omar Apollo Announces New Project Apolonio and Paisley Park Documentary

Omar Apollo has announced his next project. It’s called Apolonio and it arrives next Friday, October 16. It includes the previously released songs “Kamikaze,” “Stayback,” and “Dos Uno Nueve,” in addition to new songs with Ruel (“Want U Around”) and Kali Uchis (“Hey Boy”). In addition to the new project, the Mexican-American singer-songwriter has announced a new concert documentary, filmed at Prince’s iconic Paisley Park in Minneapolis. The doc will follow his recording and rehearsal at the facilities ahead of his October 27 performance at the compound. The documentary will be released the next day.

Apollo’s most recent Friends EP was released last year. It followed his debut Stereo EP from 2018.
