#Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko Anime Reveals Teaser Visual, Cast, Staff

The Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru anime adaptation has gotten a teaser visual. Its main cast and staff were also announced.

The show’s main cast includes Takeo Ootsuka as Teruaki Nakamura, Akari Kitou as Hina Kyan, and Fairouz Ai as Kana Higa. The premise involves Ootsuka’s character transferring to Okinawa, where he struggles to understand the local dialect of his crush, Hina. Kana, their fellow classmate, serves as an interpreter for Teruaki.

Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru is a Millepensee production with Shin Itagaki (I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too) as chief director and series composer. Shingo Tanabe (I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too director) is directing the series and is also Itagaki’s co-series composer. The other staff includes:

• Music composer: Tomohisa Ishikawa (Obsolete)
• Music composer: Yoshimi Katayama
• Music composer: Ayano Kinjou
• Dialect coach: Hotaka Fukumura (manga’s dialect supervisor)

The Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko ga Hougen Sugite Tsura Sugiru manga by Egumi Sora began serialization on Shinchosha’s Kurage Bunch in 2020. There are seven tankoubon volumes as of July 2023.
