NieR: Automata Ver1.1a, the TV anime adaptation of the NieR: Automata video game, will begin airing on January 7, 2023, Aniplex announced alongside the premiere of a new trailer dubbed “Promotion File 008.”

The company also announced that a special program featuring new information about the anime will broadcast via YouTube on December 28 at 20:00 JST. Presenters include Yui Ishikawa, Natsuki Hanae, Kaoru Akiyama, Yosuke Saito, and Shota Fujii.
