“#New Demon Slayer Figure Recreates Mugen Train's Iconic Poster”
It's an image you'll have seen quite a lot by now: a fiery Kyojuro Rengoku posing dramatically, signaling the arrival of the long-awaited Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba film. If you're as in love with Mugen Train as the rest of the world, there's good news: that image has been turned into a new collectible figure!
The 1/8 scale figure of Rengoku stands about 202mm tall, rendered in pre-painted ABS and PVC. The base features translucent pieces, depicting the burning pavement at the feet of the Pillar of Flame.
The figure is available for pre-order from ANIPLEX+ for 15,000 yen (about $143.50) plus tax. Pre-orders close on January 11, 2021, and orders are scheduled to ship out in August 2021.
