The National Afrikan Black Panther Party, one of the groups that organized a recent Manhattan rally, appeared to condemn the actions of the seven privileged “comrades” busted for rioting and smashing windows.

Zulu Sharod, the chairman of the communist-inspired group, shared a news article tying the vandalism to the NABBP and wrote “We reject these lies” in a Facebook post.

“All Power! We reject these lies! We are an above-ground legal organization! We do not advocate violence except in the extremity of self-defense!” Sharod wrote on his page Monday.

When asked for further clarification, Sharod declined comment to The Post.

The Sept. 5 article, published by Drew Reports News, had the headline “New Afrikan Black Panther Party Protesters get testy, damage stores in NYC” and detailed the $100,000 in damages sustained during the Sept. 4 rally.

Eight people were arrested during the event, which aimed to draw attention to people jailed during nationwide protests that began in late May in response to the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, according to tweets from the group’s supporters.

The mugshots of seven of those protestors were shared by the NYPD on Tuesday and many of them came from privileged backgrounds that include pricey private colleges, modeling careers and summers abroad. One of them was wealthy Upper East Sider Clara Kraebber — the daughter of a psychiatrist and an architect with a second home in Connecticut.

An apparent member of NABPP concurred with Sharod in the comment section of the post.

“It is not the line of the NABPP or [United Panther Movement] to promote lawlessness. We are disciplined, legal political organizations that advocate revolution not chaos or trashing,” “comrade” Xing Eela wrote. “Overwhelmingly the BLM protests have been well disciplined and peaceful demonstrations of the people’s righteous opposition to fascist police state repression.”

On Friday afternoon, NABPP was in Newark giving away food to the needy. The group’s ten point mission includes demands for decent housing, jobs, education and an end to police brutality, according to the group’s Facebook page.
