#Girlfriend, Girlfriend Anime Reveals OP and ED Theme Artists

The opening and ending theme artists have been revealed for the upcoming Girlfriend, Girlfriend (Kanojo mo Kanojo) anime, based on the romantic comedy manga by Hiroyuki. Japanese rock band Necry Talkie is on the opening theme song, “Fuzaketenaize,” and Momo Asakura is on the ending theme, “Pinky Hook.” 

The Girlfriend, Girlfriend anime is scheduled to kick off its broadcast on TBS, MBS, and other stations in Japan at midnight on July 2.

Girlfriend, Girlfriend will be directed by Satoshi Kuwabara at Tezuka Productions, with Keiichiro Ochi handling the series composition and Akiko Toyota on character designs. Kodansha USA is releasing the series digitally in English, with the first volume scheduled to be released on June 4, describing it as such:

Naoya just got a girlfriend, the gorgeous Saki-chan, and though their intensities often pit them against each other like ice and fire, they’re totally, uncontrollably in love with each other. He vos never to cheat…when out of the blue he recieves another confession! Nagisa’s cute, sweet, and she’s made him lunch to boot! He knows he can’t cheat, but he can’t let a cutie like this get away…so he does the logical(?) thing: Asks Saki for permission to date them both! The confidence! The arrogance! The very gall! No matter the outcome, Naoya’s future will be lively!
