Earlier this week, it was revealed that the film made over 200% more in its first weekend than the previous film in the series, My Hero Academia THE MOVIE Heroes: Rising. World Heroes Mission is now almost certainly going to be the most successful My Hero Academia anime film at the Japanese box office. One has to wonder how well it’ll do when it goes internationally.

The fifth season of the My Hero Academia TV anime series is currently airing in Japan and streaming on Crunchyroll soon after the Japanese broadcast. There’s been no information on when My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes Mission will release internationally.
