#My Happy Marriage Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Celebrating the anime announcement of My Happy Marriage Season 2, a giveaway in collaboration with KADOKAWA, Yen Press, BOOK☆WALKER and Anime Trending will be held. The special prizes include: My Happy Marriage shikishi artboards signed by anime cast members Reina Ueda (voice of Miyo) and Kaito Ishikawa (voice of Kiyoka), a paperback copy of My Happy Marriage Volume 1 (English light novel) signed by the author Akumi Agitogi and eBook sets of My Happy Marriage Volumes 1-4 (English light novel) on BOOK☆WALKER.

The giveaway will be held on the @anitrendz X (formally Twitter) account.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway sweepstake is hosted by Anime Trending (sponsor, host) and collaborators for the giveaway are @watashino_info, @yenpress and @BOOKWALKER_GL accounts.

2. Eligibility

Participants of the age of 18 or older residing in North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Exclusion: participants in Japan. “KADOKAWA Corporation”, “Yen Press, LLC”, “BOOKWALKER Co., Ltd.” and “Anime Trending, LLC.” employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, employees’ immediate family members and friends, are ineligible to participate in the giveaway.

3. Giveaway Entering Period

The period for entering the giveaway begins on September 20th, 2023 at 8:00 AM (PDT), and ends on September 30th, 2023 at 11:59 PM (PDT).

4. How to Enter (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

As stated above, there is no purchase necessary to enter. To enter this giveaway, you must REPOST the original giveaway post and FOLLOW @watashino_info, @yenpress and @BOOKWALKER_GL on X (formally known as Twitter). A X account is necessary to enter. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Multiple accounts and entries by an individual are not permitted, and any suspicious activity will result in the individual’s entries into the giveaway to become null and void. Sponsor reserves the right to null and void entries when necessary and permitted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any delayed entries due to technical issues or other issues.

6. Winner Notification

3 winners will be selected. Potential winners will be randomly selected after September 30th, 2023, and the odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the entries received by Sponsor.

Sponsor will randomly decide the prize selections for each winner: (Winner #1: 1x My Happy Marriage shikishi artboard AND 1x My Happy Marriage  Vol. 1 (English light novel) book signed by the author, Winner #2: 1x My Happy Marriage shikishi artboard AND 1x My Happy Marriage Vol. 1-4 (English light novel) eBook set on BOOK☆WALKER, Winner #3: 1x My Happy Marriage shikishi artboard AND 1x My Happy Marriage Vol. 1-4 (English light novel) eBook set on BOOK☆WALKER).

Sponsor will contact potential winner through X direct message and other means necessary. The potential winner is required to provide required information such as address and verify within 72 HOURS after Sponsor or Collaborators sends a direct message through X. Failure to respond to any attempted contact and/or verify address and information to receive the prizes, non-compliance with the Official Giveaway Rules, as stated in this article and  refusal or inability to accept the prize to be awarded, may result in such potential winner being disqualified and his/her entry being declared null and void. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry.

7. Privacy

Information collected in connection with you will be used solely for the giveaway by the Sponsor to administer the giveaway. This may include verifying the winner and any information involuntarily provided to the Sponsor from you.

8. Liability

By entering the giveaway, you release Anime Trending and its affiliates and parties involved in the giveaway from any liability whatsoever related to any without any limitations claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or transmission, failed correspondence (incorrect information and whatsoever) or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional).

9. Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or revise the rules of the giveaway for any or no reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual in violation of these Official Giveaway Rules or if Sponsor discovers such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or acting in an unlawful or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Giveaway Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.
