Christmas Day may have only been hours ago, but a mum has revealed the sweet reason why she has already taken all her decorations down.
While many people were lying in a food coma last night, TikTok mum Georgia Schofield was taking down her tree and decorations at 11pm.
The mum, who posts under @bruh.georgia, revealed that the reason has to do with her daughter.
In a video, she said: “When your daughter’s birthday is December 26.”
She added: “Time to get on with the birthday decorating.”
Her video has already been viewed nearly two million times, and people praised her dedication.
One said: “I love this, think it’s really thoughtful that you bring Christmas celebrations to an end to celebrate her birthday.”
Another added: “You’re a wonderful mum.”
However, one person joked: “Couldn’t think of anything worse taking my tree down stuffed after my dinner.”
Some people questioned why she had to take down the decorations.
Georgia said: “If my birthday was the day after Christmas I can think of nothing worse than having the tree up so that’s why I take it down.
“I try and make it as normal as possible for her.
“It’s our own little family tradition to take the tree down on Christmas night ready for her birthday tomorrow.”
