He dodged a bullet train.

A motorcyclist in India narrowly avoided death after a high-speed train rocketed through a railroad that he was trying to cross — missing him by inches. A video of the harrowing near-miss is currently blowing up online, according to Jam Press.

In the harrowing clip, shot on Feb. 12, the unnamed motorist can be seen trying to drive his vehicle across the railway in Maharashtra, Mumbai, before the locomotive arrives. The rider makes it about halfway across before slamming on the brakes — apparently realizing he wasn’t going to make it in time — whereupon both man and bike topple over onto one of the tracks.

An instant later, the train hurtles past, demolishing his ride without slowing as he rolls out of the way in the nick of time.

The clip concludes with the shaken motorcyclist staggering to his feet and walking back over the rail crossing while bystanders look on in shock. Thankfully, he appeared to be unhurt by the collision.

The nail-biting footage quickly went viral online with one commenter quipping that the rider "must be in a hurry to meet God."

The horrifying footage quickly went viral online, with one commenter quipping that the rider “must be in a hurry to meet God,” the Daily Mail reported. Meanwhile, others suggested that the train company hire a crossing guard to dissuade harebrained motorists.

In another nail-biting train incident in December, a New York City straphanger miraculously survived being struck by a subway train while standing on the tracks.
