“#Mobile Game Touhou Cannonball Ends Service Next Month”
Last year, fan-favorite bullet hell series Touhou Project made the jump to mobile with Touhou Cannonball, a gacha game featuring the franchise's major characters. However, the game will be ending service in approximately one month.
The announcement was made today on the game's official website. It acknowledges the game's many avid fans but confirms that the servers will be offline as of October 14 at 2 pm JST. Refunds will be issued from October 14 to December 15.
Fortunately, there are still Touhou Project games on the way, even though the franchise's mobile game won't be continuing. Notably, fans can grab Touhou Luna Nights for Xbox One.
