Major League Baseball could be played in a bubble after all.

MLB has sent a proposal to the Players Association about playing the postseason in a bubble-type environment, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed.

The league considered playing the season in bubble cities in Arizona and Texas, but eventually opted to play a shortened season in teams’ home stadiums. The choice has not come without issues, as several teams have lost time to coronavirus, with several in danger of not playing a full 60-game slate.

Whether the latest bubble plan encompasses the whole postseason — including the best-of-three round — is finalized.

The proposal suggests using Southern California — Los Angeles, Anaheim, and San Diego as one base, with Texas cities Houston and Arlington as the others in order to account for fields and weather.

With talks still being in the earliest of stages, MLB has shown the direction it would prefer to head in this postseason.
