#Mirage QUEEN Vacances Élégantes New Anime Film Premieres in Japan in Spring 2025
Pony Canyon has released a new “super” teaser visual for the latest Mirage Queen anime film Mirage QUEEN vacances élégantes, which is scheduled to release theatrically in Japan in Spring 2025. More information will be announced at a later date.
The visual showcases the anime’s main leads Mirage Queen (in disguise as Countess Angelique von Périgord) and Joker aboard their airship Troubadour in the background.
Saori Den (Recovery of An MMO Junkie assistant director) directed the Mirage Queen Prefers Circus anime, with Mariko Kunisawa (Ascendance of a Bookworm) as screenwriter, Kumiko Kawashima (Assault Lily: Bouquet animation director) as character designer and Moe Hyuuga (If My Favorite Pop Idol Made It to the Budokan, I Would Die) as music composer. East Fish Studio was the animation production company.

Kaoru Hayamine’s mystery adventure novel series has been published by Kodansha’s Aoitori Bunko children’s imprint since March 2002. K2 Shoukai contributes illustrations for the novel series. Fifteen volumes have been published in total in Japan as of May 2020.
HIDIVE streamed Mirage Queen Prefers Circus in 2023, describing the synopsis as:
They always steal the prey they aim for. That is Phantom Thief Queen. Gender, age, nationality unknown. Together with their partner Joker, RD, they travel around the world on the airship Troubadour. This time, the Queen is aiming for a cursed jewel, the legendary Rose of Linden. A hypnotist, an acrobat, a magician…the talented circus members challenge the Queen! What is their purpose? In order to get back the jewel, the Queen stands up to the challenge in a bold and brilliant way (or disguise). Nothing is impossible for the Queen!
