#Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé Win Best Rap Performance at 2021 Grammys for “Savage”

Megan Thee Stallion has won the 2021 Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance for the Beyoncé-assisted “Savage.” The Texas rapper won the award over Lil Baby (“The Bigger Picture”), Big Sean (“Deep Reverence”), the late Pop Smoke (“Dior”), DaBaby (“BOP”), and Jack Harlow (“WHATS POPPIN”). It marks the first time two women have won the award. Watch Meg’s acceptance speech below.

Meg got nominated for a string of awards at this year’s ceremony: Best New Artist, Record of the Year (“Savage”), and Best Rap Song (“Savage”). Beyoncé is up for numerous awards, too, including, Song of the Year (“BLACK PARADE”), Record of the Year (“BLACK PARADE”), and more. In addition to Best Rap Performance, Beyoncé won Best Music Video at the Premiere Ceremony.
