Social distancing isn’t an issue at this Big Apple mall.

New York City’s shopping centers were allowed to reopen to consumers Wednesday — but you wouldn’t have known it at the Manhattan Mall in Midtown.

Just a few customers were seen browsing the shops at the four-floor Herald Square emporium.

The once-bustling mall is home to outlets of Express, Aeropostale and Sunglass Hut, but lost its anchor store, JC Penney, this summer shortly after the department store chain filed for bankruptcy protection amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Big Apple shopping malls and casinos are allowed to welcome back customers at 50 percent and 25 percent capacity, respectively, after months of closure since the state shut down in March.

In New York City, malls were required to install new filters that help block the coronavirus from spreading through recirculated air.

Shoppers and staff also must wear face masks and follow social distancing rules, though all indoor dining in the shopping centers remains off-limits for now.
