A 42-year-old man was stabbed to death in the lobby of his Bronx building — and an older man was busted for the slaying, according to police.

Fernando Rodriguez was discovered stabbed multiple times in the torso and leg in the lobby of the apartment building on Aldus Street near Faile Street in Foxhurst just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

He was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

His alleged attacker, Luis Rivera, 68, who lives around the corner, was arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, according to cops.

The men knew each other and the stabbing stemmed from a dispute, though their exact relationship and the nature of the argument was unclear.
