#Man dies after being shot in neck on NYC street

A man was shot and killed during a fight on a Brooklyn street Sunday night, police said.

The victim was shot in the neck by another man he was arguing with on Beekman Place near Flatbush Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens at about 8:20 p.m., cops said.

One of the bullets from the shooting struck the outdoor dining area of a nearby bar, Erv’s, sources said. It was unclear if anybody was seated outside at the time.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, but could not be saved, police said.

The suspect sped away from the scene in a gray van, authorities said. He remained on the loose early Monday morning.
