#Man arrested for shining laser at NYPD helicopter

A man was arrested for shining a laser at NYPD and CBS 2 News helicopters in Brooklyn on Tuesday night, police said.

The 42-year-old suspect was caught pointing the beam of light from atop a building in NYCHA’s Red Hook Houses at about 9:40 p.m., according to cops.

Police said nobody was injured during the incident.

Charges against the suspect were pending as of early Wednesday morning, police said.
