#Main Heroine Hina VA Azumi Waki Sings Tokyo Revengers ED Theme in Studio

The official YouTube channel for the ongoing TV anime Tokyo Revengers has started streaming an eight-minute special video including Azumi Waki‘s performance of its ED theme song “Koko de Iki o Shite” (Breath in Here) in a small studio. She has voiced the anime’s main heroine, Hinata Tachibana.

The song was originally performed by singer-songwriter eill as her first anime theme song work. After the TV anime started airing, it has become so popular among fans as to be filled with Hina’s feelings. As a result, this project to have the heroine voice actress sing the song herself is realized.

In the interview section of this video, she says, “From the first time I heard it, I knew instantly that this was a song from Hina’s perspective. As I read the lyrics, I realized that they were about Hina’s feelings for Takemichi-kun, and I thought it was the perfect song for the ending of this anime.”
