#Magia Exedra Crosses 500k Pre-registrations, Reveals New Milestones and Trailers
Aniplex announced on January 27 JST that the Madoka Magica: Magia Exedra RPG had passed 500,000 pre-registrations. The game previously passed the 400,000 mark in late December 2024.
The 500,000 milestone unlocks the 5★ Kioku “[Lux Magica] Madoka Kaname” reward. With this achieved, the game has received new milestones rewards, which are:
• 600,000 pre-registrations: 2 Magia Keys, Fan Kit (Iroha Tamaki, Yachiyo Nanami, Tsuruno Yui)
• 700,000 pre-registrations: 3 Magia Keys, Fan Kit (Mami Tomoe, Sayaka Miki, Kyoko Sakura)
• 800,000 pre-registrations: 5 Magia Keys, Fan Kit (Madoka Kaname, Homura Akemi)
The Magia Keys can be used on game’s gacha, while the fan kits will provide players with “exclusive” character wallpapers.
Beyond the milestone announcements, Aniplex released character trailers for Oriko Mikuni (Saori Hayami) and Kirika Kure (Yuka Iguchi).
Madoka Magica: Magia Exedra is scheduled to be released in spring 2025 for iOS, Android, and Steam. It was originally scheduled for a 2024 release until a delay. The narrative premise of the turn-based RPG, which allows players to form parties of up to five Magical Girls, is described as:
A place where the memories of Magical Girls illuminate the dark…
The Lighthouse.
Now a girl who’s lost everything wanders into its sanctum.
Who am I…?
How did I get here…?
She will relive key moments of countless of Magical Girls by opening windows into their memories…
Trusting she’ll one day find her own lost light of remembrance.
Pokelabo, Inc. and f4samurai, Inc. are credited for the game’s development, while Pokelabo, Inc. will handle the management.
Magia Exedra was preceded by 2017’s Magia Record, which ended services in July 2024.
